The inspector can magnify the density of the cloth with a magnifying glass or cloth glass, calculate the number of warp and weft yarns in a square inch with naked eyes, and then compare the number with the specification or approval sample office to know whether the density of the incoming cloth meets the standard.
5、组织结构

跟检查经纬密度一样，检查人员可以利用放大镜或布镜，观察布料的平纹、斜纹、缎纹等的组织结构是否正确。重量捡查人员可以利用电子磅来检定布料的重量，利用圆形切样器，在每匹布料不同部位，切出一百平方厘米的标准面积，然後放在测量布重电子磅上，萤幕便立即准确地显示该块布料的重量。
